The synthesizer-heavy track finds a breathy Bieber heading to the electronic dance floor. "All around the world, people want to believe loved," he sings, with stuttering ah-ah-ah hooks. "Once again, the dynamic duo's back at it," Ludacris announces as he drops in for his verse.
The team-up has big shoes to fill: "Baby," Bieber's first Hot 100 top 10 single, is YouTube's most-viewed video of all time, with over 744 million views. The new track's also the title of Bieber's first network television special, "Justin Bieber Believe: All Around the World," which will air on NBC on June 21. The special arrives two days after the long-awaited release of "Believe" on June 19.
