LL Cool Burglary Suspect Could Face Life In Prison
An alleged burglar didn't stand a chance against LL Cool J.
After Jonathan Kirby reportedly trigged the rapper-actor's Sherman Oaks home's security alarm, LL caught the man and held him until police arrived -- leaving Kirby with a broken nose, jaw and ribs, according to CNN.
Kirby is being charged with first degree burglary, which follows previous convictions for voluntary manslaughter, auto theft, first degree burglary and petty theft. He's reportedly been charged as a "third striker," which could land him a sentence of 38 years to life.
Kirby remains hospitalized following his injuries.
