Pitbull Announces November Release For 'Global Warming'
Pitbull will heat up the fall with new studio album "Global Warming," due out worldwide on Nov. 19 through RCA/Mr. 305/Polo Grounds.
The follow-up to last year's "Planet Pit" will feature three previously released tracks: the "Men In Black 3" anthem "Back in Time," the Shakira collaboration "Get It Started," and new single "Don't Stop The Party," featuring TJR. The latter track was released last week, while "Get It Started" climbs to No. 18 on Billboard's Dance Club Songs chart this week.
Pitbull will perform "Don't Stop The Party" on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" on Sept. 25, after rocking the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas this weekend. His Planet Pit world tour continues in Panama on Sept. 27 and will return to the States later this year.
"Planet Pit," which featured the Hot 100 chart-topper "Give Me Everything," has sold 477,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan. Mr. 305 recently re-upped his endorsement deal with Bud Light, which will once again include appearances in TV, radio, out-of-home, in-store and digital ads.
