The late, great Michael Jackson's had too many memorable moments in his career to list, but one that will always stand out is when the King of Pop busted out the moonwalk for the first time.

MJ premiered the backwards glide during a performance of "Billie Jean" at Motown 25, as a solo spotlight made the sequins on his jacket, shirt and single hand glove sparkle. Inevitably, Jackson got a standing ovation for his fancy footwork.
