Joe Jonas Debuts 'Love Slayer,' Launches $2,500 Remix Contest
Teen pop star Joe Jonas has teamed up with Cambio and Indaba Music to debut "Love Slayer," a song off his upcoming solo album "Fastlife," and launch a contest that will give $2,500 for the best remix of the track.
In addition to the money prize, the first-place winner will be featured on Cambio and will be considered for an official Joe Jonas release on Hollywood Records.
Second- and third-place winners will also receive prize money and be featured on the Cambio website. Ten honorable mentions will receive a copy of Jonas's upcoming album, which comes out Oct. 11.
Looking out for undiscovered talent seems to be a hobby for the JoBros -- younger brother Nick recently launched the Quaker Chewy Superstar Search, a contest that could launch the career of one talented young star between the age of eight and 14.
Joe Jonas has been performing solo all summer, debuting tracks from his upcoming album, including his first single, "See No More." He recently opened for Britney Spears at a New Jersey tour stop and will be joining her on tour in Europe beginning Oct. 16 in Stockholm, Sweden.
