Thanks to her legions of Little Monsters, Lady Gaga now ranks as more powerful than Queen Elizabeth and Oprah, according to Forbes' list of the World's 100 Most Powerful Women.
The 2011 edition of the annual ranking finds Gaga just shy of the Top 10, ranking at number 11 not far from First Lady Obama (No. 8). The only other musician on the list is Gaga's "Telephone" collaborator, Beyonce, who comes in at No. 18.
Gaga, age 25, is the youngest woman to make the Forbes ranking. Earlier this summer, Gaga topped another Forbes list -- the Celebrity 100, which calculates the world's most powerful entertainers.
The list was tallied using three metrics, according to Forbes: money, media presence (both traditional and via Twitter/Youtube/Facebook), and "power base points" (ie, how widely one's influence is felt).
