Justin Bieber Hit With 'Sad' Paternity Suit; Teen Denies He's the Dad

There is no baby, baby. Justin Bieber's legal team is coming out swinging at a paternity lawsuit from a 20-year-old woman claiming the teen star fathered her 3-month-old baby boy. According to Star magazine, Mariah Yeater claims she and Bieber had sex backstage at a concert in Los Angeles and is now seeking financial support for her son, Tristyn.

"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory AND demonstrably false claims," Bieber's rep told Us Weekly. "We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Yeater told a California court that on Oct. 25 of 2010, Bieber propositioned her backstage at the Staples Center. She agreed (because he's the Biebs) and, "Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss."

Sordid details of the alleged passionate encounter can be found here .

She went on in court to describe the aftermath of that fateful night in a backstage dressing room and why she's so certain the boy is his.

"When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back…. On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber…. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby."

Yeater wants Bieber to submit to a paternity test and pay child support. Is Maury Povich available?

According to RadarOnline.com, a California court has set a hearing on the matter for December.
