On Sunday night (Dec. 4), Madonna was officially revealed as the performer for the Super Bowl XLVI halftime show, two months after rumors began swirling that the Material Girl will be rocking the Super stage for the first time on Feb. 5, 2012. Of course, questions persist about the show itself -- what will Madonna wear? What will the stage show, to be spearheaded by the creative team from Cirque du Soleil and choreographer Jamie King, look like? And most importantly, what songs will Madonna play?
The music superstar will likely perform a new track from her upcoming 12th studio album, due out in early 2012 (a demo of a new single, "Give Me All Your Love," leaked in full online last month). But what about her intimidating canon of pop classics? Will she bust out an iconic 80s classic like "Like a Prayer," or keep her playlist in "Vogue"? Will she sparkle with "Ray of Light," or allot "4 Minutes" for her "Hard Candy" standout?
We have exactly two months to find out what exactly Madonna will perform at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, but until then, vote for what songs you think the singer should play during the Super Bowl halftime show in February. Choose one song from each of the icon's eras to form an all-encompassing playlist, then defend your choices to fellow Madge fanatics in the comments section below. The top vote-getters for each era will be posted on Billboard.com on Tuesday.
