Boulder, Colorado's 3OH!3 is the newest resident on the Billboard Hot 100's top ten this week, with its chart debut "Don't Trust Me" jumping four spots to No. 9. The song scored a 29% increase in downloads (with 123,000 for the week) and a 17% jump in radio airplay audience impressions. The single is driving up the band's July 2008 studio album, "Want," which had its best sales week to date with 10,000 copies.
Elsewhere in the top 10, the Black Eyed Peas hold on to No. 1 with "Boom Boom Pow," Jamie Foxx and T-Pain climb two spots to No. 2 with "Blame It," the week's greatest digital gainer, and Lady GaGa slips one spot to No. 3 with "Poker Face." Kid Cudi falls one place to No. 4 with "Day ‘N' Nite," Flo Rida feat. Wynter's "Sugar" rises two spots to No. 5 and is followed by Flo Rida's "Right Round" at No. 6. Soulja Boy feat. Sammie's "Kiss Me Thru The Phone" falls to No. 7, Beyonce's "Halo" inches up two spots to No. 8, and T.I. feat. Justin Timberlake's "Dead and Gone" drops to No. 10.
Elsewhere on the chart, the week's greatest hot shot debut goes to Eminem's "3am," which enters at No. 32. It's the third digital single from the rapper's upcoming album "Relapse," although this latest track debuts with fewer downloads (66,000) than its predecessors.
Also new to the chart this week is Katy Perry's "Waking Up in Vegas," which debuts at No. 65; Fall Out Boy's "America's Suithearts" at No. 78, which debuts thanks to a popular iTunes remix bundle; and Charlie Wilson's "There Goes My Baby" at No. 98. Jeremih's "Birthday Sex" nets the week's greatest airplay gain and jumps to No. 23 on the chart.
Jason Aldean logs his second No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs chart, and his first in three years, as "She's Country" kicks up one slot to No. 1. Cage the Elephant notches its first top 10 hit on the Modern Rock radio airplay chart as "Ain't No Rest For the Wicked" zips from No. 14 to No. 10 in its seventh week on the chart.
