In response to audience demand, Aventura has added a third Madison Square Garden show to its upcoming U.S. tour. The urban bachata group, whose trek kicks off Nov. 20 in Chicago, sold out its first MSG show in just three hours and almost immediately added a second night. A third date has now been scheduled for Feb. 1, with tickets going on sale Oct. 30.
Aventura recently notched its 15th week at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart with "The Last." Since its release in June, the album has sold 182,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
Earlier this month, the group also joined Gloria Estefan, Marc Anthony, Tito "El Bambino," Los Lobos and others for "In Performance at the White House: Fiesta Latina," an evening of Latin music hosted by President Barack Obama and Mrs. Obama.
