MGMT Unveil Pan-European Tour Itinerary

MGMT have announced an extensive fall tour of the U.K. and Europe.

The U.S. psychedelic rock duo will kick-start their Continental run with a Sept. 26 date at the Live Music Hall in Cologne, Germany.

The tour will visit Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, France, Holland, the United Kingdom and will wrap-up Oct. 19 at the Olympia in Dublin, Ireland.

MGMT are nearing completion on their anticipated third album, a release date for which has been hinted at but never confirmed.

To coincide with April’s Record Store Day, MGMT dropped a new single, the five-minute-long trip-out track “Alien Days,” their first release since the 2010 album "Congratulations."

The group, founded by Benjamin Goldwasser and Andrew Van Wyngarden, are currently on the road in the U.S.
