Bieber took to Twitter to reassure fans after the Thursday London performance, his third of the week, was interrupted when he felt woozy and headed backstage. A rep for the singer confirmed to the Hollywood Reporter that Bieber fainted and received oxygen for 20 minutes.
"Justin's got very light breath," his manager, Scooter Braun, told the crowd, in a video posted to TMZ. "The whole show he’s been complaining, He’s backstage with the EMTs and the doctor."
Bieber returned to the stage to finish the show before reportedly receiving further treatment in a local hospital. He soon Instagrammed a photo of himself smiling in a bed, partly covered by what appears to be a hospital gown, with the caption, 'gettin' better.' The star is still scheduled for a fourth date at the O2 on Friday.
Manager Scooter Braun also took to Twitter to compliment his client. "Tough as nails," he tweeted.

Bieber was criticized earlier this week over his first O2 show, which saw him taking the stage almost two hours after the concert's listed 8:30 p.m. start -- a number disputed by Bieber, who tweeted that "technical difficulties" were to blame for a 40-minute delay.
