After a handful of overseas gigs in May, Dave Matthews Band will return Stateside for its annual summer amphitheater tour, which extends into early October.

The 36-date trek starts July 8 at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Ill., and wraps with an Oct. 1-2 stand at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Supporting acts on various dates include Xavier Rudd, Toots and the Maytals, Umphrey's McGee, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Pete Yorn, the Roots, the Wailers, Robert Earl Keen and Stephen Marley.

Along with the L.A. shows, DMB will play two nights in Mansfield, Mass. (Aug. 1-2); Hartford, Conn. (Aug. 4-5); Camden, N.J. (Aug. 7-8); Noblesville, Ind. (Aug. 17-18); East Troy, Wis. (Aug. 25-26); and West Palm Beach, Fla. (Sept. 14-15. Fans in George, Wash., will be treated to three nights of DMB at the Gorge Amphitheatre Aug. 31-Sept. 2.

Presale tickets will be available to members of the Warehouse, DMB's official fan association, through April 9. Public onsales begin April 21.

Last year DMB ranked No. 9 on Billboard's Top 25 tour tally, grossing $58 million and drawing more than 1.2 million fans to 62 concerts, according to Boxscore.

The group has also been hard at work on a new studio album, due before the end of the year via RCA.
