U.K. synth-rock combo Hot Chip is eyeing a Feb. 4 U.K. release for its new album, "Made in the Dark." The set is expected to be released the following day in North America via Astralwerks. First single "Shake a Fist" is already out as a limited 12-inch.

The 13-track set includes several tunes that have been road-tested over the past year, including the single (which can be streamed on the band's MySpace site), "One Pure Thought" and "Hold On." The album is rounded out by songs such as "Wrestlers," "Ready for the Floor" and the title cut.

Hot Chip will play five shows in Brazil and Argentina in late October and early November, and "a small number" of additional, as-yet-unannounced gigs are on tap before the New Year, according to the band's Web site.

"Made in the Dark" is the follow-up to 2006's "The Warning," which debuted at No. 13 on Billboard's Top Electronic Albums chart.
