Singer and 2014 BBMAs red carpet host Jordin Sparks lists her favorite looks of the night.
I had such a blast co-hosting the 2014 Billboard Music Awards "Samsung (thanks for my phone!!!) Red Carpet LIVE!" with Lance Bass on Sunday! My feet still hurt! Yikes! We got to talk to some amazing artists and took some 'L.E.A.P.'s (LEAP stands for Long Extended Arm Picture! Hahah "selfie" is SO not fetch anymore) while we were at it.
On breaks, I spoke with Natasha Bedingfield and Ryan Tedder about doing some writing together soon. I think that would be so fun! Lance and I probably downed 6 bottles of water combined within the broadcast! It was fun being a little bit elevated so we could literally see all the action happening on the carpet!
Before I list my best dressed, I just wanted to take a second to thank Michael Costello for making my dress for me! Thank you for designing my gorgeous dress. It was perfect! Can't wait to wear another one of your designs again! Also, thank you, Neil Lane for the beautiful baubles! They were stunning!
She looked stunning in her Alexander McQueen dress! She pulled this cut-out trend right out and it hugged her in all the right places! And that face? You are so beautiful and you always have been! YASSS CHICK YASSS!
Carrie Underwood & Miranda Lambert
These queens of country music were EVERYTHING posing together on the carpet! The chartreuse & neon pink meshed so well together and I could not stop telling Lance! Also, did you see how hot they looked when they performed? They were singing their asses off too! Shout out to Blake Shelton! Your girl is on FIRE!
I thought he looked great! The white looked awesome on him. I love how he had on chained Giuseppe's and that HUGE diamond/gold chain around his neck! Technically, he had on two chains if you count the pieces on the sneaks. Ha!
I feel as though Chrissy is the only one who could've pulled this off! I am obsessed with the shape the dress makes on her neckline. Beautiful! Love her new hair as well!! Haha, I love that fact that we talked about BBQing when we get back to Cali! I can't wait!
This woman is just stunning in all ways! I loved this version of the crop top trend! Her best accessory? Her diamond sparkler and the happiness in her eyes! Congrats mama! She definitely pulled this look off! Seriously, she can pull off any hair cut or style as well!
My co-host looked dapper in his suit and tie! Love the pop of color in his tie and some comfy sneaker for all the standing we did! I had an absolute blast working with him again! I think we make a pretty good team!
This dress was beautiful! The color was amazing on her skin and her body looked incredible! I must also mention, I know the happiness glow when I see it! She looks at her boo like I do mine! You go girl! #fancy
Is it any surprise my boo is on here? I loved how he kept it casual but then added the jacket that had just enough shine to elevate the look. Of course, he has his bling which he is never without. And that smile....I can't resist! Good look babe!
Kendall & Kylie Jenner
Good Lord! These girls are even more gorgeous in person! I loved Kendall's jumpsuit. It had an old school feel to it but it was totally 2014. As I watched her work the carpet, I totally saw why she is modeling! She works it and is great at it! Kylie's "all white everything" ensemble was gorg'. The pop of color in the hair was a great way to accessorize!
Listen, I love this kid!! He is always so sweet whenever I see him! He is officially taller than me now! :( Anyway, he kept it simple and it worked. When in doubt, go minimal!
SHE IS EVERYTHING. THIS IS EVERYTHING! #SLAY
Ryan Tedder & his wife Genevieve
BEST BABY BUMP ALERT! Sorry Ryan, you looked great but wifey took the cake! She is absolutely glowing and that dress couldn't have dressed little Tedder any more perfectly! Congrats!
She took a risk and it worked! I'm really digging the sheer floral embellished shirt with the cropped pant. She just looks like a ray of sunshine! I told her I was so jealous she looked so comfortable and she told me she was! Haha, thanks Natasha, just rub it in! :)
