Luis Fonsi, who teamed with Wisin to sing his latest upbeat single, "Corzon en la Maleta," Thursday night (April 24) at the Billboard Latin Music Awards, discussed his next possible single before the show.
"I don't know which direction we're going to go with the next single," Fonsi said on the red carpet. "It could also be another uptempo, it could be a ballad, it could be a duet i did with Juan Luis Guerra. There are a lot of different options."
On Thursday, Fonsi and Wisin teamed up for Fonsi’s upbeat “Corazón En La Maleta,” released in February as the first song lifted from his new studio album. Watch the full performance here.
With a recording career approaching two decades, Fonsi holds Billboard Magazine's title as the “Leader of Latin Music’s New Generation,” and he has earned multiple platinum and gold records in Mexico, Spain, U.S. and Puerto Rico, among other places.
