Prince Royce pulled into Thursday night’s Billboard Latin Music Awards for a performance that oozed class.
The Bachata superstar teamed with Brazilian sertanejo singer-songwriter Michel Teló for a rendition of the award-winning track “Darte Un Beso” -- in Portuguese. It was just one of many trips he made to the stage.
The crooner's showcase caps a big week. He’s just announced a new tie-up with Pepsi, and he was a big winner on the night of the Billboard Latin Music Awards, taking out a string of categories including Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year, Male, and Streaming Song of the Year for “Darte Un Beso”.
As part of the new Pepsi partnership, Royce will be in several commercials that will air on Telemundo and Univision in May, June and July. Royce will be on the road in the U.S. August through September and Pepsi will be the sponsor of the tour. The singer's first English-language song will officially be released later this year.
