Florida Georgia Line are ready to cruise on down to album number two. In a red carpet interview prior to yesterday's Billboard Music Awards, members Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley dropped some hints on what to expect from the new music.

"If everything goes as expected, we should have some new music out in October," Hubbard says. "We're about halfway done with it -- got some great songs."

The chart-topping duo assures that Joey Moi, who produced their 2012 debut "Here's to the Good Times" will be on board for the new album.

"We won't let anyone touch our music but him," Kelley says. "He's one of our best buddies and one of the most talented and creative guys."

And fans shouldn't expect any reinventions from FGL -- "It's still got the FGL sound," Hubbard says. "I think it's going to be along the same lines, maybe even better."

"Here's to the Good Times" has sold 1.4 million copies to date and has never left the top 40 of the Billboard 200. It produced hit singles like "Cruise," "Get Your Shine On," and "This Is How We Roll."
