"Glee" kept the guilty pleasure train rolling this week with a special cameo by Olivia Newton-John, who remade her '80s jazzercise hit "Physical" with Cheerios coach Sue Sylvester.

The episode starts off with an embarrassing viral clip of Sylvester, who gets caught on camera while busting a move to "Physical" in private. The video becomes yet another boost for the snark queen, though, when she gets a call from Newton-John herself. "That song was the biggest hit of my career...unfortunately, I botched the video," the Aussie pop legend tells her. "I filled it with obese guys in spandex, and it went over the top." (Sidenote: Newton-John also mentions that "Physical" spent 10 weeks at No. 1 in 1982, which is absolutely true.)

Naturally -- at least, naturally in the disbelief-suspension world that is "Glee" -- Newton-John wants to meet Sylvester and redo her classic video. The ensuing remake features buff guys in wrestling uniforms, closeups of abs, glutes and biceps and a whole lot of Auto-Tune. Newton-John forgoes her old-school attire for a blue track suit to match Sylvester's look, though they do sport retro sweatbands in a nod to the past.
