Christina Aguilera's new video for "Something Got a Hold on Me," an Etta James cover for the "Burlesque" soundtrack, starts off with Aguilera kicking off her shoes in an empty saloon before putting a quarter in the jukebox and getting in full-performance mode.
She begins with her signature vocals wailing the lines, "Sometimes I get a good feeling," with one knee on a wooden chair. But soon the whole scene looks like a cross between the movies "Grease" and "Flasdance," as X-tina grabs a microphone to officially kick off the one-woman show.
The sun's shining through the musty windows as Aguilera shakes and shimmies around the room to the classic soul tune, but unfortunately nobody's there to see it. In the end, she falls to the floor from exhaustion, appearing to almost snap out of the power the song has on her.
