Dr. Dre Jokes About Album Delay in Headphones Ad

Dr. Dre and basketball star LeBron James hit the gym and receive a few good-natured barbs in a new commercial for Monster's Power Beats headphones.

Comedian Affion Crockett teases James about his lack of championship rings and makes a reference about Dr. Dre's endlessly delayed "Detox" album while the pair sport the headphones in the weight room.

"I've been doing a whole lot of working out, Dr. Dre. 'Bout time you do a little working out on that album!" Crockett says while lifting weights next to the rapper. Dre promptly tells the comedian, "You need to be working on shutting the f*** up!" Crockett later asks to pose with Dr. Dre and James for a picture, and the pair walks away in disgust when the comedian arrives wearing a Los Angeles Lakers t-shirt and hat.

Dr. Dre's "Detox" has been pushed back for years, with two leaks from the album, "Turn Me On" and the Jay-Z collaboration " Under Pressure," hitting the web earlier this year. At a press conference yesterday, the rapper said that he hopes to release new music by Christmas.
