Rihanna owned the stage at "Saturday Night Live" this weekend (Oct. 30), performing two songs from her upcoming album "Loud." The singer also made a splash in the second "Shy Ronnie" digital short with Andy Samberg, the first of which was nominated for a Emmy this year.

RiRi and Samberg teamed up for a digital short titled "Ronnie & Clyde," in which the mobster duo attempts to rob a bank. Rihanna is brazen as usual, and Shy Ronnie... not so much. Hilarious results, especially when Rihanna picks up "SNL" host Jon Hamm. Never did I expect to hear Rihanna utter the phrase "boner alert."

The pop star's song was "What's My Name?" which debuted at No. 83 on this week's Billboard Hot 100 chart. While Drake, Rihanna's collaborator on the track, was absent from the SNL performance, Rihanna proved she doesn't need anyone's help to rev up a crowd. In a pair of high-waisted daisy dukes and bikini top (maybe an ode to her bff Katy Perry?), Rihanna swiveled those hips like a pro to the reggae-flavored beat.

She closed the show with her current single, "Only Girl (In the World)," which currently sits at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. Rihanna strutted onto the stage in a red dress as bright as her flaming red locks.
Is just us, or has "SNL" been busting out more elaborate set design for the show's musical guests this season? Kanye's was quite a change, and now Rihanna's 1960s mod club set, with its dark and moody floral projections. We're digging it!
