Watch The Wanted Get 'Punk'd' By Tyler, The Creator

Who would ever want to punk those charming U.K. pop vocalists of the Wanted? Tyler, The Creator, of course! The Odd Future rapper orchestrated a joke involving the not-very-hilarious idea of child kidnaping on MTV's recently revived prank show on Thursday night (Apr. 19).

The story begins innocently enough: an adolescent girl greets the Wanted guys on the set of their "Chasing The Sun" music video, with her admiring father watching on. Soon, however, the father can't find his "daughter," and as The Wanted drive away, we, the viewer, realize that something's a little fishy when a policeman pulls the boy band's touring van over. Things gets much more serious when the little girl hops out of their van, and while Tom tries to explain that no abduction has taken place, a cop counters with, "I can't understand a word you are saying right now!"

The "Punk'd" appearance follows performances on "American Idol" and "The Today Show" for the Wanted, his self-titled U.S. debut EP is slated for release this Tuesday (Apr. 24). Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and Sean Kingston were already punk'd victims this season, while Tyler, The Creator himself got punk'd by Bam Margera in an earlier episode of the show.
