Can 'The Voice' Create a Star? 10 Thoughts on Season 2 & Beyond
Justin Bieber performs on the finale of The Voice on May 8th, 2012.

With a Universal Records deal secured, "The Voice's" Jermaine Paul celebrated his victory Tuesday night as the winner of season two. But before the grand announcement, the finale episode featured surprising and exclusive visits from some of the industry's best -- including Justin Bieber. The pop prince took the stage for his first-ever live performance of hit single "Boyfriend," exhibiting a grown-up swagger to accompany his more mature lyrics. Watch below.

"If I was your man, I'd never leave you girl. I just want to love you, and treat you right," crooned Bieber. Decked in a gold-studded black leather jacket, dark pants and matching gold kicks, Justin took the stage in his sexiest presence yet. With background dancer babes and a flashy light show, the Canadian superstar had the audience hypnotized, as evidenced by the Bieber Fever squealing of young girls throughout his show.

Earlier that day, Justin took to Twitter to announce the performance, tempting viewers at home to watch. "BIG DAY TODAY. Performing #BOYFRIEND for the first time Live on the FINALE of @NBCTheVoice," he wrote.

While Justin closed and definitely dominated the performances, the special night began with a stage collaboration from Juliet Simms and Flo Rida in renditions of the rapper's "Whistle" and "Wild One." Hall & Oates followed, singing "Rich Girl" before Lady Antebellum appeared for a performance of "Wanted You More."
