The Strokes Get Trippy In 'Taken For A Fool' Video

In the Strokes' new video for "Taken For a Fool," frontman Julian Casablancas -- clad in classic leather jacket and American flag tank top -- mugs for the camera as he and the band perform the track from their comeback record, "Angles. The overall effect is garage rock meets psychedelic. Watch below.

While Casablancas saunters around -- at one point even wrapping his mic wire around the neck of drummer Fabrizio Moretti -- the rest of the band maintains that disinterested cool demeanor that The Strokes made famous. And this time, all that gets multiplied: Special effects abound as the camera spins around the band, mirror images of each member popping up against a background of flickering, multi-colored lights.
