Urkel Steps in for Cee Lo Green in 'Cry Baby' Video
Cee Lo Green's video for "Cry Baby," the fifth single off "The Lady Killer," is noticeably lacking a crucial element: Cee Lo.
Instead, Jaleel White (aka, Steve Urkel of "Family Matters" fame) channels the soulful ladykiller, singing and dancing along to the Motown-flavored track in a brightly-colored '50s backdrop. Watch below.
Cee Lo has previously hinted at his ladykilling abilities, and "Cry Baby" shows another step in his process: the break-up. Urkel makes a convincing Cee Lo, as he gently lets down a distressed paramour with platitudes like, "We're two trains passing, baby," and "We're on separate journeys." The joyous dance number that follows probably doesn't do much to ease her pain, though.
It may seem as though Cee Lo brought in the likable White to do his fictional dirty wor,k but according to the "Forget You" singer's verified twitter account, he had no idea a video for "Cry Baby" was even shot.
