"Saturday Night Live" went -- as it so rarely does -- country this past weekend, with Lady Antebellum performing two tracks off its latest (and No. 1-debuting) release, "Own the Night."
The Grammy darlings kicked things off with "We Owned the Night," the second single and semi title track off their new album. "Own the Night," Lady A's third album, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 nearly two weeks ago, selling 347,000 copies in its first week (according to Nielsen SoundScan).

The trio followed it up with lead "Own the Night" single "Just A Kiss," a harmony-heavy ballad Lady A first premiered on "American Idol" back in May. Watch below.

A few weeks before Lady A took the "SNL" stage, guitarist/singer Dave Haywood was a bit giddy over his band's "Saturday Night Live" debut. "We couldn't be more excited," Haywood told Billboard.com. "Growing up watching that show, for me, was kind of the litmus test of watching a band and saying, 'Man, they've made it.' We're excited to represent country music on that show."
