If Willow isn't the cutest nine-year-old in show business, I don't know who is!

The video to Willow's "Whip My Hair" finally hit the net today (Oct. 18) and in it she's doing a lot of hair whipping. And in true Smith family form, she's joined by older brother Jaden, who does a little bit of whipping himself.

The clip was suppose to air tonight on BET, but I guess it leaked. The Juice is definitely on team Willow.
