Lil Wayne's Friends Hit Miami For 'Welcome Home' Bash
Lil Wayne was released from jail on Thursday, Nov. 4, and the rapper is apparently quickly re-acclimating to the real world. Wayne not only hit up Friday's (Nov. 5) New Orleans Hornets vs. Miami Heat game and took the stage on Saturday (Nov. 6) during Drake's tour stop in Las Vegas, he was received by friends and family in Miami during a grandiose welcome home celebration.
Arm-in-arm with two amazonian show girls and with a cigar in mouth, Lil Wayne walked the red carpet of the King of Diamonds gentlemen's club to begin the festivities. Also on the guest list were Drake, Diddy, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, Jay Sean, Wale, DJ Khaled, T-Pain, Baby, Busta Rhymes and Young Jeezy.

"I just want to thank everybody... the fans across the world and most of all my family," Lil Wayne said during an interview before kicking off the party. "I couldn't do it without them and I will never do it without them."
When asked about his surprise performance during Drake's show the previous night he said it was "unexplainable. Words can't explain. I'm good with words, but I can't explain." Wayne also said he already "forgot about yesterday" when questioned about transitioning from jail to freedom. Good for you, Weezy.
And keeping the celebration going, Wayne apparently left his own party just a couple of hours in and hit up club Liv alongside his Young Money crew except for Drake and Nicki, allegedly (*raised eyebrow). Lebron James and Dwayne Wade from the Miami Heat were also in attendance.
