Janet Jackson Thanks Fans In 43-Second Song: Listen
As fans await new music from Janet Jackson, the legendary pop artist shares her gratitude for her followers in a 43-second song.
She posted a short and sweet video on Twitter with the message: "I wanna tell you how important you are to me! Love J." The 43-second song features her thanking fans for their loyalty.
She also continues to accompany her tweets with the hashtag #ConversationsInACafe,” which begs the question: Is that the title of her new album or new single?
In similar fashion, on May 16, Jackson shared this message with fans: "I promise you’d hear it from my lips and now you will. This year: new music; new world tour; a new movement. I’ve been listening. Let’s keep the conversation going.”
She's confirmed that her next album, her first since 2008's Discipline, will be released this fall through Rhythm Nation/BMG. She'll be embarking on the first 36-date leg of her Unbreakable World Tour on Aug. 31 in Vancouver, BC; more date will be announced.
