In anticipation of his forthcoming album, "Paradise Royale," DJ Cassidy drops a dance remix to the album's lead single, "Calling All Hearts."
Check out a stream of the Robin Thicke and Jessie J-assisted song below, exclusively premiered here on The Juice:
"Shermanology executed the union of live and electronic musicianship in true anthemic fashion, calling all worlds of dance music to the dance floor in one shot," Cassidy says of the Shermanology remix.
Besides Robin Thicke and Jessie J, the 10-song summer release features a handful of notable artists including R. Kelly ("Make the World Go Round"), Cee-Lo Green ("Light Up the Night"), Usher, Mary J. Blige, Ne-Yo, John Legend and Estelle ("When the Stars Come Out"), Passion Pit, Kelly Rowland and Chromeo.
Cassidy also recruited "the architects of the sound" behind a 25-hit dance playlist he curated prior to recording "Paradise Royale." Musicians on Cassidy's album include Nile Rodgers, Earth, Wind & Fire's Verdine White, Phillip Bailey and Larry Dunn; Kool & the Gang's Robert "Kool" Bell, Khalis Bayyan and George Brown, Wah Wah Watson, Ray Parker Jr., Freddie Washington, Marcus Miller, Ndugu Chancler, John "JR" Robinson, Ollie Brown, Will Lee, Patrice Rushen, and Jerry Hey.
"Four years ago I stopped wishing and I made it my mission to bring what I believe the greatest and most universal dance music of all-time back to nightlife, back to the airwaves, back to the dance floor," DJ Cassidy told Billboard in January.
