Usher has been busy padding the "Hollywood" section of his resume lately. The artist began filming "Hands of Stone," about boxer Roberto Duran, in which he plays Sugar Ray Leonard, in October. He is also executive producing this year's "Undroppable," a documentary about the rising dropout rate in the U.S. educational system.

Diddy and Usher aren't the only musicians taking part in the award show. Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift and Coldplay have received nominations. Timberlake's song, "Please Mr. Kennedy" (from "Inside Llewyn Davis") Taylor Swift's "Sweeter Than Fiction" (from "One Chance"), and Coldplay's "Atlas" (from "Hunger Games: Catching Fire") are up against U2's "Ordinary Love" (from "Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom") and the Idina Menzel's "Let It Go" (from "Frozen").

The Golden Globes, hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, will air Sunday at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
