The singer teams with Pharrell and T.I. for the new track, which advances her winter-due third album.
How's Jennifer Hudson feeling on her new single?
"I Can't Describe (The Way I Feel)" is the latest from the Oscar-winning singer, who doesn't wait long to explain herself despite the title: "It feels so good it hurts."
With a feature from T.I. and writing and production from Pharrell, the sensual track keeps up the throwback feel that marks a few of Pharrell's other recent collaborations -- namely, Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" and Daft Punk's "Get Lucky."
“Working with a visionary like Pharrell was a really special experience for me,” Hudson said in a statement. “He is one of the most talented musicians of our time and I couldn’t be more proud of what we did together.”
The track's the first look at Hudson's third studio album, expected on RCA this winter. Beyond Pharrell, Timbaland, Salaam Remi and others have been contributing to the set.
