The MC's "Old," the follow-up to 2011's "XXX," will arrive on Sept. 30.
Danny Brown's "Old" has new life: the album will land Sept. 30.
The MC shared the news on Twitter, where it was confirmed by Fool's Gold label head A-Trak.
Brown recently threatened on Twitter to leak the release over scheduling, a tack acts such as M.I.A. have also taken in recent weeks, but the new date should save him the trouble. The album was previously expected in August. The rapper is coming off a run of European dates, with his "2 High 2 Die" North American joint tour with Action Bronson set to begin at Rock the Bells in San Bernadino, Calif., on Sept. 8.
"Old" follows critically acclaimed 2011 release "XXX," his first for Fool's Gold and a set initially released for free.
