Drake Releases 'Nothing Was The Same' Album Art

Drake returns to childhood for the illustrated cover art.

Drake released his "Nothing Was the Same" album art on Thursday, taking a page from label boss Lil Wayne.

Drake's upcoming set will feature two different covers, an illustration of the rapper as an adult and one, akin to Weezy's "Tha Carter III," as a child.

In both frames, Drake is against a peaceful blue sky.

The album is due Sept. 24, with singles "Started From the Bottom" and "Hold On, We're Going Home" advancing the set.
