There's no stopping Young Jeezy. While continuing to climb the charts with his fourth studio album, "TM: 103: Hustlerz Ambition," Jeezy is hitting the road on the "CTE Presents the Hustlerz Ambiton Tour." The Atlanta rapper will kick off his 25-city North American tour on March 3rd at the Filmore in Washington, DC.

Young Jeezy's 'TM 103': Track-By-Track Review

The third installment of Jeezy's "Thug Motivation" trilogy debuted at No. 1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and marked his fifth No. 1 on the tally. The album peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200. "TM: 103" has sold 398,000 copies so far in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.

He's currently rising up the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart with "I Do," feat. Jay-Z & Andre 3000, as it jumps from No. 7 to No. 4 this week. It's his highest charting single since "Put On," feat. Kanye West, hit No. 3 on Sept. 13, 2008.

Following the success of singles "I Do" and "Supafreak," featuring reportedly new Def Jam artist 2 Chainz, Young Jeezy will next release "Leave You Alone," feat. Ne-Yo.
