A verdict was reached in Brooklyn federal court today (June 5) concerning James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond's case. Rosemond was found guilty of all 13 counts and faces life in prison, according to AllHipHop.com,
Rosemond, who once managed atists like Akon, Brandy, Gucci Mane, Game, was charged with his involvement as the king pin of the "Rosemond Organization," an association set up for the transportation of illegal narcotics across the U.S.
Although Rosemond was said to appear emotionless upon hearing the verdict, the lawyer of the former CEO of Czar Entertainment iss disappointed with the jury's decision.
"I am very disappointed by the verdict," Rosemond's lawyer Gerald Shargel said, in an official statement to AllHipHop. "There were a lot of reasons to doubt the government's case."
While the verdict is final, Rosemond will not be sentenced until a "later date."
