50 Cent 'Fine' After Mack Truck Accident: Report

50 Cent was hospitalized and released early this morning (June 26) after injured in a car accident. 50 was taken to a nearby hospital in Queens after a Mack track rear-ended his SUV, according to Thisis50.com.

Both parties were driving along the Long Island Expressway in NYC around 3 a.m. when the truck driver's "load shifted," causing him to lose control of the vehicle and collide with 50's SUV.

A source close to 50's G-Unit camp told XXLMag.com that thankfully 50 "is fine." Him and his driver have been released from the hospital after tests were ran on both.
