Jill Scott Reps for Philadelphia in New 'Shame' Video

Philadelphia's own, Jill Scott, pays homage to her hometown in the visuals for her track "Shame," off her fourth album, "The Light of the Sun." The Devin Hampton-directed video was shot in the Cecil B. Moore Recreaton Center, where Scott spent most of her summers as a youngin.'

Scott brings out Philly friends: Black Thought (from The Roots), Meek Millz, Peedi Crakk and the track's featured artist and "pitbull in a skirt," Eve.

Prior to the shoot, Scott and her foundation, Blues Babe Foundation, paid for repairs on the center after hearing that the center was closing.

"When I found out it was closing, it just hurt my feelings beacuse kids like me needed a place to go," Scott told CNN. "I put a lot of love and my heart here."

Check out Scott's feel good first single, "So in Love," featuring soul singer, Anthony Hamilton.
