T.I. Announces New Year's Mixtape, Hops On Ke$ha's 'Sleazy 2.0'
It seems like T.I. can't wait to get new music out to his fans. Earlier today (Dec. 12), the King of the South announced, via Twitter, that he is releasing a mixtape on New Year's Day titled, "Fuck Da City Up." Details are still to come, but Tip bragged to his one million Twitter followers that the mixtape will "be the 1st thing yall hear nxt year."
If you can't wait until the clock strikes 12 a.m., T.I. is hopping on the rapper-friendly remix to Ke$ha's "Sleazy," titled "Sleazy 2.0 (Get Sleazier)."
The single, which debuts tomorrow (Dec. 13) on iTunes, also features Andre 3000, Wiz Khalifa and Lil Wayne. The single also boasts superstar production from Benny Blanco, Dr. Luke, and Bangladesh, according to Rap-Up.
"I opened the 'Get $leazy' tour with this song every night and it always got the party started... Get ready, this is the SICKEST and SLEAZIEST version YET.$," Ke$ha said in anticipation of the song's release.
The "Sleazy" soundscapes are familiar to T.I. When we caught up with him last month (Nov.) in ATL, T.I. gave us a sneak peak at a Dr. Luke produced track to be considered for his forthcoming album, "Trouble Man." The track would be a perfect fit for a Ke$ha feature.
