The Year in Arrests: 2011
April 8 - Rapper Gucci Mane was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge after pushing a woman out of a moving car. He was given a six-month sentence in September, but was released earlier this month on good behavior.

He's free… again! On Sunday (Dec. 11), Gucci Mane was released from Fulton County jail after serving three months of his six month sentence due to good behaivor, Mane's rep tells Billboard.com's The Juice.

On Sept. 13., Gucci Mane, born Radric Davis, was sentenced to six months in jail after pleading guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct and one count of disorderly conduct, according to Emly Gest, spokeswoman for the Dekalb County Solicitor-General's Office.

Soon after released from his third jail stint -- Mane served time in 2005 and 2009 -- the ATL rapper talked to XXLMag.com. "This is the last time I think I'll ever be in jail," Gucci said. "I really feel that way."

"It was a time for me to sit back and just refocus the whole way I do things, man," Gucci told XXL. "The times away from my fans just made me want to grind, get in the studio, go to my shows and appreciate my job and what I do now."

Mane was released just in time for the debut of his collaborative album with V-Nasty titled, "BAYTL," out today (Dec. 13).
