The G.O.O.D. Music artist's second album is two months from dropping.
Big Sean took to YouTube to reveal that his sophomore studio album, “Hall of Fame,” will hit stores Aug. 27.
The news comes after a few delays. The Detroit rapper’s set, the follow-up to 2011’s “Finally Famous” was originally slated to come out on the early side of 2013.
Thanks to the diverse collection of rhymers set to release albums this season, who will hold the title of Hip-Hop’s Album of the Summer is quickly becoming a dynamic battle. This time last week, Jay-Z (via Samsung collab) wrote some “new rules” and surprised many by announcing his forthcoming album “Magna Carta Holy Grail” will be out on Independence Day.
A few days later on June 18 Kanye West’s “Yeezus” and J. Cole’s “Born Sinner” came out. And on Saturday (June 22) morning, Drake shot out a flurry of songs on his new website, which also reveals his third album “Nothing Was the Same” comes out three weeks after Sean’s “Fame” on Sept. 17.
