Bon Iver Designing Shoes for Charity
Bon Iver Designing Shoes for Charity

From Madonna's Truth or Dare shoe collection to Kanye West's Air Yeezys, musicians across the board have been entering the world of footwear design. Bon Iver's Justin Vernon now joins this power list with his own creative take on kicks.

Vernon has teamed up with the Los Angeles-based company Keep for a limited-edition shoe that spotlights the indie star's love of animals.

Called the Ramos, Vernon's shoe design features herringbone accents, a black fishbone detail, and a canvas custom-dyed to pale salmon. All proceeds from sale of these cruelty-free shoes will benefit the Best Friends Animal Society, an advocacy group for abandoned animals. What's better then looking great for a good cause?

These unique kicks hit select retailers in October and can be preordered starting July 1 for $75. Will you be walking in Bon Iver's shoes this summer?
