Lady Gaga's Stylist's Concept Store

Enter a world of crime, artistic expression and raw imagination at Nicola Formichetti's new pop-up shop on 80 Walker Street in downtown NYC. The brilliance and supreme style of this visionary is revealed at a new concept store, done in collaboration with Gage/Clemenceau Architects. Injected with the pop art of Warhol and the grunge of old New York and the craze of Gaga, the shop comes to life with reflective floors, red leather studded vests and lingerie and 3-D animations.

Haus of Gaga looks including the singer's costume from her blood-drenched "Paparazzi" performance at the VMA's, towering Mugler shoes and clothing, and Vintage Versace pieces are all on exhibit in this cave of ingenuity. Formichetti's muse and model, Rico, also known as the Zombie Boy, who stars in Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" video, will be stopping in throughout the week.

While visiting I chatted with Nicola's confidant, Prince Franco. "We wanted to create a Nicowave and bring all of his visions to one place. Everything in the shop is hand picked by him and changes daily. His favorite designers are here including one of his favorite brands, La Roux, who designed exclusive pieces for the shop."

Will Gaga be stopping in? "She may come in," Prince told me, "But she's busy with that job that she has."

Check out the shop now until September 21st.
