Katy Perry makes her perfume series a trilogy her latest offering.
Katy Perry returns to the fragrance game launching a third scent. The “Firework” singer first took on the perfume industry back in 2010, putting out Purr, followed by Meow a year later. Now Perry is back with a new scent, Killer Queen. The new scent is housed in an exotic ruby red crystal bottle with and elaborate gold top.
Katy revealed the news last night via Twitter with a photo of the bottle and a caption that read "OK! I have been working on my 3rd fragrance for over a year & want to unveil the look NOW! What do u think?!" After social media, Perry held a fabulous fragrance launch in New York where she was spotted perched on a throne at the James B. Duke Mansion decked out in a strapless rose-embroidered Thom Browne gown, black pumps and gold embellished nails. Lorraine Schwartz bracelets, glittering earrings, and David Yurman rings completed her royal look.
“Just had an elegant unveiling of my new fragrance KILLER QUEEN at the Duke! Can't wait to share the royal juice! #sosophisticated,” Katy tweeted after the event.
