The "perfumer-in-training" is back with a fresh scent.

Pop diva Mariah Carey has mixed up her 12th (yup, twelfth!) fragrance. While simultaneously working on her next album, judging “American Idol,” and refining her butterfly jewelry collection, the “Don’t Forget About Us” singer added another scent to her fragrance empire called Dreams.

"I humbly call myself a ‘perfumer-in-training’ because I love it so much. Almost as much as I love making music!" She told People StyleWatch. "The process of creating a fragrance is exhilarating and it takes me to another place within my creative self.”

Some of her past scents include the Lollipop Collection: a candy-inspired fragrance line, the Forever scent – a perfume capturing the moment Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon fell in love, and M-M by Mariah Carey focused on the Diva herself.

The latest bottle has a simple and sensual design crafted to mirror the curves of a champagne flute, and is a “tribute to Mariah’s festive nature,” the press release states. So, what does it smell like? The Dreams’ scent will be a mouth-watering mix of sweet vanilla, toasted almonds, honeysuckle, and salted caramel apple. Is anyone else getting hungry?

“The different scents derive …from childhood to performing on the world’s stage, to being in love, to feeling loved," Mariah explained.

Dreams will be available at Kohl's this April. Will you be picking up Mariah’s latest perfume?
