T.G. Sheppard has been released from a Nashville-area hospital following heart surgery, according to a rep for the country singer.
Sheppard underwent a procedure known as an ablation, which is designed to keep the heart in rhythm. He is now resting at home.
"I'm thankful for the outpouring of support and prayers. I look forward to returning to the road next week and resuming with concerts," Sheppard said in a statement.
Sheppard has had 14 No. 1 hits on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart, including "Devil In the Bottle" and "I Loved 'Em Every One."
