Marilyn Manson accepted the Icon Award at Monday night’s Alternative Press Music Awards and, using the sharp media mind he has (he was once a music journalist, after all), he spiced up his appearance by breaking some news. His next album is titled Say10 (get it? the devil!) and it’s apparently due Valentine’s Day 2017.

During his behind-the-scenes interview, Manson broke up some mundane chatter about his 2015 album The Pale Emperor by signaling off camera and grabbing a marker, which he used to write the album title on his hand. Feb. 14, 2017, lands on a Tuesday -- not a Friday, when albums usually hit stores these days -- but if you’re Marilyn Manson, exceptions can be made.

The news comes just after the two-minute mark in the video below:

For Manson, the moment likely held a special significance. He’s appeared on the cover of Alternative Press numerous times and the magazine (and its awards show) are based out of Ohio, Manson's home state. Normally held in Cleveland, the APMAs were moved to Columbus this year because of the Republican National Convention.

The Pale Emperor, Manson’s most recent album, came out via his own label, Hell Etc., in collaboration with Cooking Vinyl and Loma Vista Recordings.
