Weezer Laments 'LA Girlz' on New Song: Listen

Weezer is returning with its self-titled White Album due in April and the band's showing signs of bringing back some of that good old fashioned Weezer sound so many know and love.

The band's newest release off the set is "LA Girlz," a poppy rock lamentation over the ladies in Los Angeles and frontman Rivers Cuomo's wish they would just "please act your age." 

Weezer Announces New Album and Live Dates, Shares Video for 'King of the World'

Having described The White Album as a "beach album," and "LA Girlz" sets that tone well, recalling those early fan favorite albums The Blue Album and Pinkerton. The song was premiered via Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show and follows previous singles "Thank God for Girls," "King of the World" and "Do You Wanna Get High?"
