Watch Kiss & Scooby-Doo Team Up in Trailer for New Animated Mystery

Kiss may spend its nights rocking and rolling and days partying, but somewhere in there the band's squeezing in some crime fighting now.

The iconic, costumed rock band is teaming up with Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. gang in a new animated movie called Scooby-Doo! & Kiss: Rock & Roll Mystery. 

In the this new crossover adventure, the gang investigates a series of strange hauntings going on at a Kiss-inspired theme park called Kiss World. With the band's help, they discover the Crimson Witch has returned to summon The Destroyer from an alternate dimension called  "Kissteria" with intent to destroy the earth. And it's up to Kiss and the gang to save the day.

Sounds like pretty out-there, heady stuff.

This isn't the first time Kiss has appeared in a Scooby Doo cartoon. The band headlined a Halloween festival show in a 2003 TV episode of the show What's New, Scooby-Doo?.
